Today marks an end of an era as well as new beginnings at Crossfit Kuring-Gai, as new owners and managers Inshan and Merryn Sheriff farewell Geoff Smith.
While banter about the change has been thrown around CFKG like a kettle bell in motion for the last few weeks, the finalisation of change in ownership didn’t occur until today.
Lindfield locals and members of CFKG, Merryn and Inshan (and their boys Isaac and Austin) are looking forward to this next Crossfit challenge.
What you can expect under the new management
We all love the community vibe and friendships that are embedded along with the sweat in CFKG. And we wouldn’t be as fabulously fit without our wonderful coaches. So rest assured, classes for adults and kids as well as personal training will continue as per usual.
Where Inshan and Merryn will be looking to boost the CFKG experience is by improving the training resources and environment.
Some of the new initiatives will include:
• New classes that will specifically target core & posture, as well as high intensity cardio training for our cardio fanatics
• Family friendly initiatives to make training for all the family fun and accessible.
• New equipment
• Regular 1 on 1 form & fitness reviews to keep you on target
• Digital sign-ins to classes to make tracking your success easier
Like any good AMRAP, more is always better, and while we have more initiatives in the pipeline, we’d love your input.
If you have ideas on what changes and improvements you would like to see please let Merryn or Inshan know – chat in person, email or phone – 0438 880 219.
We look forward to working (out) with you.
